What Caymland M4 does in detail — channels, automation and lead scoring.
What features does Caymland M4 offer?
Caymland M4 covers contact management (CRM for B2C and B2B), segmentation and automation, customer journey management, a drag-and-drop campaign and workflow builder, dashboards and reporting, email management, multichannel communication, personalisation and dynamic content, personalised direct mail with QR codes, landing pages and multi-step forms, a headless CMS, file management, analytics and performance tracking, AI- and machine-learning-assisted data preparation, contract management, native workflow automation between systems, brand management for several brands in one system, and one-time delivery of confidential information.
Which channels does Caymland M4 cover?
Email, SMS, landing pages, forms, social media, push and messenger notifications, and print in the form of personalised direct mail with individual QR codes. Digital and analogue channels are orchestrated within the same campaign.
How does marketing automation work in Caymland M4?
Campaigns are modelled in a visual drag-and-drop builder as a flow of triggers, conditions and actions. Triggers can be form submissions, page views, segment changes, purchases, or events delivered from third-party systems through the API. Branches evaluate contact attributes and behavioural data in real time, so each contact takes an individual path through the campaign.
Does Caymland M4 support lead scoring?
Yes. Contacts accumulate points based on their behaviour — page views, email interactions, downloads or form submissions. Scores can be used as a condition in segments and campaigns, to prioritise contacts automatically, hand them to sales, or move them into dedicated journeys.
