Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions
How many integrations does Caymland M4 offer?
Caymland M4 ships with over 50 native integrations, spread across CRM and ERP systems, content management systems, e-commerce platforms, social media, communication tools and sector-specific business systems.
Which e-commerce systems can be connected?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento are supported natively, among others. Order, basket and product data flow into the customer profile, where they are available for segmentation, abandoned-basket journeys and product recommendations.
Are there integrations for tourism and ticketing?
Yes. For tourism there are connections to TOMAS and Feratel; for ticketing and events, to Showare, SeeTicket, Ticketcorner and Smeetz. Booking and ticket data become part of the customer profile and can be used for communication before and after the travel or event date.
What if a system is not supported natively?
Caymland M4 is built API-first: every object — contacts, segments, campaigns, forms, content — can be read and written through a documented REST API. Systems without a native integration can be connected that way, complemented by webhooks for event-driven handover in both directions.
