Capability
Campaign & workflow builder
Sequences, landing pages and forms by drag and drop. No developer, no waiting.

Drag, connect, running.
Visible.
The sequence is diagram, documentation and running process at once.
Self-sufficient.
Pages and forms without HTML, mobile-ready, on brand.
Measurable.
Figures at every block show where it snags.
If you can sketch it, you can build it
Every good campaign starts on a whiteboard. A box for the email, an arrow for "if opened", a second arrow for "if not".
The frustration starts afterwards: the whiteboard picture has to be translated into a system that thinks differently. Three weeks later the campaign is running, and nobody is quite sure any more whether it does what was on the whiteboard.
In Caymland M4, the whiteboard is the system.
The sequence everyone understands
You drag blocks onto a canvas and connect them. What emerges is the documentation and the running process at the same time. Everyone on the team sees at a glance what happens.
Three kinds of block are enough for almost everything:
- Triggers and decisions: email opened, link clicked, form submitted, page visited, document downloaded, reply received, device type recognised.
- Conditions: checks on field contents, score, stage, tags, segment membership, company data or values from your line-of-business systems.
- Actions: send, set fields, award points, change stage, set tags, assign a company, change ownership, raise a task, hand data to a third-party system, change segment.
In between come waits, time windows and branches, nested as deeply as your process needs.
See live whether it works
A sequence in Caymland M4 is not a diagram that goes blind after the start. The builder shows at every block how many contacts came through it, how many are waiting and where it stalls.
That turns "the campaign is running somehow" into a concrete finding: at step 4, 80 per cent leave the path. And you can adjust the sequence while it runs, without tearing it down.
Landing pages you design yourself
The builder comes with an editor for pages and emails that needs no HTML. Drag blocks, write text, place images, split into columns. On mobile the result looks exactly as it should, without you having to attend to it.
- Templates on brand, so nothing comes into being that does not fit your identity.
- Reuse blocks, instead of rebuilding every page.
- Personalised content right in the editor: salutation, product recommendation, whole sections depending on the audience.
- Versions, so a wrong move is not a drama.
- A/B tests, to let variants run against each other instead of arguing about them.
Forms that are more than a contact box
Forms are made in the same editor and land straight in the contact profile. Multi-step, with conditions, with file upload, with repeatable groups for cases like "add another person", with spam protection.
And above all: a form can start a sequence directly. No export, no intermediate step, no Excel file that someone forgets.
For advanced users the road stays open
Anyone who wants more control gets it. Your own HTML and CSS can be stored, your own templates embedded, your own database conditions used as a campaign check. The drag-and-drop editor is the easy door, not the only one.
What this looks like day to day
The event registration. Landing page, form, confirmation email, reminder three days before, thank-you email afterwards and an entry in the attendance history. Set up in one morning, reusable for every further event.
The product launch. One campaign, three audiences, three different paths in the same sequence, one shared evaluation.
The mid-flight correction. After two days the builder shows that a step fires too early. You change the wait, and the campaign carries on instead of starting over.
Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions
Do we need an agency for this?
Not to build it. An agency can make sense for designing your templates; after that your team carries on independently.
How long does it take to learn?
Most users build their first sequence themselves after one training session. We are glad to accompany more complex processes.
Can we bring existing templates across?
Yes. Your own HTML templates can be embedded and used as a basis.
What happens if there is a mistake in a running sequence?
You correct it while it runs. Contacts who have already been through are left untouched.
